The Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) says it has secured over $47m dollars on behalf of utility customers who queried charges for which they were billed.
The OUR announced today (November 18) that the more than $47.52m was credited to the accounts of customers of the Jamaica Public Service, the National Water Commission and Digicel, between July and September this year.
The OUR is urging customers to know their rights
