Pakistan beat Windies Women to win ODI series

The West Indies Women went down by 4 wickets in the third and decisive One Day International against Pakistan at the ICC Academy in Dubai to give the home team a 2-1 series win.

Batting first West Indies slumped to 87 for 3 before recovering to get to 159 in 47.3 overs.

Skipper Stafanie Taylor topscored with 52 while Deandra Dottin contributed 28, Shemaine Campbell added 26 and Afy Fletcher made 21 not out.

Pakistan Women in reply made 163 for 6 in 47.2 overs with Sidra Ameen leading the way with 52 while sharing in a 4th wicket stand of 46 with Nida Dar who chipped in with 26.

Taylor (2-17) and Shekera Selman (2-24) were the pick of the Windies bowlers.

Pakistan now improved to 12 points and move up to 4th on the ICC Championship table with 5th place West Indies a spot behind on 11 points.
