Female dancehall entertainer, Pamputtae has thrown her support behind the mother of seven-year-old Benjamin Bair, the young boy who died in a freak accident last month, when a garbage truck tragically crushed him to death, on the grounds of the Clan Carty Primary school in Kingston.

Pamputtae who says she will be performing her song, ‘Single Mother,’ in tribute at the young boy’s upcoming funeral as requested by the child’s mother, shared moments from her visit and sit down chat with the child’s mother, on her Instagram page.

Pamputtae also used her social media platform, to implore anyone who can help to alleviate the costs, of some of the expenses relating to days leading up to the funeral, to reach out and contact her to donate. According to Pamputtae, although the Prime Minister will be covering the cost of the funeral, there are still some other expenses that may see the mother needing all the help she can get.
