There could be disruption in the service offered by the Passport, Immigration, and Citizenship Agency, (PICA), this week.

This as the workers are reportedly restive, due to what they say, is management’s poor handling of several key issues.

General secretary of the National Workers Union, Granville Valentine says some of the issues date back ten years.

He added that some of the issues are related to salaries.

According to Mr. Valentine, the workers are frustrated and are willing to take industrial action.

He is calling on management, the finance minister and other relevant stakeholders, to meet with the union this week to address the issues.
