The Integrity Commission has released its report on the statutory declaration of Prime Minister Andrew Holness.

The commission has also indicated that it’s satisfied with the declaration for 2018.

The publication comes in the wake of public condemnation and criticism from the opposition about the delay in the publication of Holness report.

According to the report released today in the Jamaica Gazette and signed by Commission Chairman Karl Harrison, Holness and his family have over JA $15.5 m in total income.

They have over JA $161.2 m in total assets, while total liabilities are over JA $22.2 m.

The report also shows that the Prime Minister and his family have US $8,125 in total income.

The commission said Holness has total assets of US $28,272.

The Prime Minister reportedly has US $0 liabilities.

Last month, the commission revealed that Opposition Leader Dr. Peter Phillips had declared assets and liabilities totalling JA $185 m for 2018, with no liabilities.

Due to the commission’s delay in releasing the Prime Ministers declaration, Dr. Phillips had threatened to take legal action against the Integrity Commission.
