by July 24th, 2023

The Opposition People’s National Party (PNP) has approved a disciplinary regime aimed at effectively holding party members accountable for their behaviour.

Party President, Mark Golding made the disclosure during a PNP Divisional Conference in Trench Town, in Kingston last evening (July 23).

Mr Golding explained that the new disciplinary regime is one of several approved policies, aimed at unifying the party so it can truly focus on representing Jamaican citizens.

He said too often persons associated with the Party spew words of discord, and something must be done to address this.

He added that rules were also approved to allow Jamaicans living abroad to become PNP members.

The new policies were approved during a meeting of the PNP’s National Executive Council at the weekend
