Commissioner of Police, Major General Antony Anderson, said the probe into the trimming of Rastafarian teen Nzinga King allegedly by a police officer, has been turned over to the Independent Commission of Investigations, INDECOM.
The nineteen year old reportedly had her locks cut by a police woman while in custody at the Four Paths Police Station in Clarendon.
Speaking at a press conference yesterday (September 15) Major General Anderson said INDECOM is expected to continue the probe, started by the police.
Commissioner Anderson sought to assure that there is no anti-Rastafarian sentiments in the police force.
