The police are probing the circumstances surrounding a triple murder on Upper King Street, in Kingston, last night (March 23).

Dead are 37-year-old Devroy Peart of Mitchell Drive, in Portmore, St. Catherine, 21-year-old Tattiana Brown of West Street, and 22-year-old Deanna Green of Law Street, both in Kingston.

Reports are that about 10:40 p.m., Brown, and Green were travelling in a Honda Fit motorcar which was being driven by Peart, when they were intercepted by men in another vehicle, who opened gunfire hitting them.

The police were summoned and Brown, Green and Peart were taken to hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
