The legendary Bunny Wailer, Richie Spice, Singer J and Bongo Herman are some of the entertainers lending their talent in support of IRIE FM’s Marcus Garvey Celebration.
The annual event will also feature the likes of Lila Ike, Runkus, Jah Izrehl, Keke I, and I Jahknowah along with Bunny Wailer’s Solomonic Reggaestra.
The Marcus Garvey celebration under the theme LIBERATE THE MINDS OF MEN AND ULTIMATELY YOU WILL LIBERATE THE BODIES OF MEN, will feature speakers such as Humanitarian and writer, Professor Bayinah Bello, Antiguan journalist and Rastafarian ambassador, Ras Franki Tafari, and Louis Farrakhan’s representative, David Muhammad among others.
Commemorating its 26th year, the Marcus Garvey celebration slated to run from 6 am to 10 pm, will be held on Sunday, August 19 in the IRIE FM Courtyard.
