Proceeds from upcoming RSPL Monday night game for Luton Shelton

Proceeds from the upcoming Monday night feature game in the Red Stripe Premier league between Harbor view and new comers Mount Pleasant will go towards the medical bill of the stricken Former Reggae boy Luton Shelton.

Before the feature game Harbour View Masters and violet Tourers of Montego bay will meet at 5:30 pm.

The former Harbour View player Shelton has been battling amy-o- trophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), more commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, …….. a specific condition which causes the weakening of neurons controlling voluntary muscles… and gradually worsening weakness due to muscles decreasing in size.

He made his international debut for Jamaica in 2004, and earned 75 caps, he is the leading all time goal scorer for Jamaica with 35 goals and played at three Concacaf Gold cups.

Another fund raising effort that was set up recently for the 32 year old Luton include, a go Fundme account.
