Masters-in-Residence (MIR), an initiative spearheaded by music producer and song writer Mikey Bennett will target and train songwriters, performers and managers exposing them to the best coaches/mentors available locally or internationally.

The program that is FREE to successful applicants and is being done in association with U-TECH, will include workshops, master classes and one-and-one hands-on training.

The Masters-in-Residence (MIR) programme is intended to adopt a template that has proven successful for Jamaican track and field and apply it to music: this includes coaching, mentorship and entrepreneurship.

The program will be offered in Kingston and Montego Bay in November.
