The St Ann home of Nyabinghi Elder Prof I was burglarized on Thursday.

Marlene Reynolds, Prof I’s wife says her sister discovered the ransacked house after she went over to get some fruits from trees on the property.

The intruders made away with items valuing over 7,000 USD. Among the items stolen were a six-burner commercial stove, a television set, items of clothing to be donated to charity and cosmetic items.

Mrs. Reynolds says the police are reporting that the culprits entered the house through a window.

The family is offering a reward to anyone who can offer assistance in the recovery of the items.
