Rashada Williams has earned a first time call up to the West Indies women’s line up

Jamaican young batter Rashada Williams has earned a first time call up to the West Indies women’s line up.

The 21 year old Williams will join two other Jamaicans in captain Stafanie Taylor and Chadean Nation in the regional women’s squad who are now in Antigua for a one week camp.

The squad preparing for the upcoming series against Pakistan women’s team is completed by the experienced Merissa Aguilleira, Sheniece Boyce, Shemaine Campbelle, Shamilia Connell,  Deandra Dottin, Afy fletcher, shabika Gajnabi, ………………..along with Sheneta Grimmond, Chinelle henry, Qiana Joseph, Kycia Knight, Hayley Matthews, Natasha McLean, Anisa Mohammed,  Akeira Peters, Karishma Ramharack and Shakera Selman

The West Indies ladies will begin a net sessions starting today at the Coolidge cricket ground.

The 20-member squad includes 14 of the 15 the members of the team which reached the semi-finals in last year’s IC Women’s T/20 World Cup in the Caribbean.
