Reggae Girls drawn in group E’ of Caribbean Under 17 Championship

Jamaica’s Reggae Girls have been drawn in group E’ of the Caribbean Women’s Under 17 first round World Cup qualifiers to be played from August 2 to 6 in St Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Reggae Girls have been drawn to face host St Vincent and the Grenadines and St Kitts and Nevis.

A squad of 24 local based girls have been in training under the guidance of assistant coach Xavier gilbert. The squad is expected to be bolstered by the inclusion of overseas based players and gilbert is now in Florida scouting for additional talents.

Meanwhile the draw sees Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, Curacoa, and us Virgin Islands, drawn in group a’, group b’ includes Bahamas, Anguilla, Dominica Republic and Puerto Rico.

Group c’ is comprised of Antigua and Barbuda, St Lucia, Bermuda and Aruba, while group d’ teams include; Guyana, Cuba and Barbados.
