Details of yesterday’s emergency meeting between netball Jamaica and national co-coach Sasha Gaye Henry will be chief among the agenda items, to be discussed at this evening’s board meeting of Netball Jamaica.

Henry met  yesterday   with  the  human resource committee  of  Netball  Jamaica  following  her  sudden  resignation  late  last  week  as  co-head  coach  of  the  national senior  netball team.

There  are  speculations  that  Henry  who  shared  co-coaching  duties  with  Marvette  Anderson  tendered  her  resignation  because  she  was  dissatisfied  with  her  remuneration  package  among  other  issues .

Henry and Anderson took over as  co-head  coaches  last year following the exit of Englishwoman Jermaine Allison McCracken.

Henry’s resignation comes a month after the Sunshine girls won bronze at the commonwealth games in Australia.

Henry and   Anderson also guided the sunshine girls to a silver medal finish at the 2017 Fast5 Netball World series.
