International dancehall deejay Shaggy has once again flown the Jamaica flag high and proud, as he represented for the reggae and dancehall culture on Disney’s The Wonderful World of Disney Magical Holiday celebration, which aired on ABC for thanksgiving on Thursday night.

The two-hour-long pre-recorded program saw both Shaggy and Sting open and close the show in fine holiday style, singing popular Christmas songs with a twist of dancehall and reggae, inclusive of ‘Feliz Navidad’ and ‘Silent Night,’ a single which has been officially released by the Grammy-winning duo.

On Thursday, Shaggy also revealed that he is now officially the Chief Caribbean Officer, as appointed by British international travel brand Virgin Holiday. Through a series of tourism destination marketing ad campaigns by Virgin Holiday, Shaggy will play the role of brand ambassador and chief influencer, proudly representing the Caribbean region.
