Sunshine  girl  Shamera Sterling is  the  latest  Jamaican  to  put  pen  to  paper   for overseas  action  next  year.

Sterling has joined Loughborough Lightning ahead of the 2018 Vitality Netball Superleague Season.

The  21 year  old  sterling   represented  Jamaica against England in a 2016 test  series ……… she has been granted a leave of absence from the University of the West Indies to join Loughborough.

Head coach at  the  Loughborough Lightning  Karen Atkinson says she has  been a big fan of Sterling’s play since she  saw her at the World Youth Cup in 2013.
