The self-proclaimed queen of stage Spice, over the weekend, used her social media platform for a very important cause.

On Saturday evening, the dancehall singjay hosted a special Instagram Live with Jamaica’s Health and Wellness Minister Dr. Christopher Tufton to have what was dubbed, ‘COVID Conversations.’

Under the theme, ‘Everyone Counts – Together We Ah Beat COVID-19’, a very curious yet informed Spice, posed questions she had received from fans via direct messages to the Minister. Spice who was well equipped with her pencil and paper, took notes, and was attentive enough to ask a key follow-up, and counter questions.

Spice’s Live session with the Health Minister, has been commended by many on social media as having the ability to connect, reach, and influence, an audience that the Minister may not have otherwise reached.

COVID Conversations hosted by Spice and Dr. Tufton garnered over 68,000 viewers over its near two-hour time span, with between 14,000 – 13,000 of those viewers tuned in for the entire duration of the IG live.
