Dancehall deejay SPICE along with the cast of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta is in high spirits after winning the award for ‘Reality Royalty’ at MTV Movie & TV Awards.

The prestigious ceremony aired on Monday saw Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta taking the trophy ahead of The Bachelor, Jersey Shore, Vanderpump Rules and The Challenge.

The cast, including Spice, Lil Scrappy, Bambi and Karlie Redd were present to accept the award.

Spice in her acceptance speech, kept if Jamaican using the dialect.

She also shared the victory with her over 2.1 million followers on Instagram.

Industry players, fans, friends and dancehall lovers have since flooded social media with congratulatory messages.

This feat makes Spice the first dancehall entertainer to ever win an MTV Movie & TV Awards.
