A 52-year-old farmer of Laughton Town in Mount Moriah, St. Ann was chopped to death yesterday (January 25).

He has been identified as Glenroy Campbell, otherwise called ‘Glen’.

Police reports are that at about 4: 00 PM, Campbell was in his community when he was attacked by a man who chopped him multiple times.

The police were alerted and Campbell was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

A man has been taken into custody in relation to the killing.
