A 19-year-old man was reportedly stabbed to death by his younger sibling, in St James, this morning (January 29).

The deceased is Noel Demetrius of Tucker, in Irwin.

Preliminary reports are that at about 9:00 AM, the siblings were at home in Irwin, St. James when a dispute developed between them. Noel reportedly began hitting his sister.

It’s alleged that the 13-year-old girl retrieved a knife and stabbed her older brother in the chest.

He was pronounced dead at the Cornwall Regional Hospital.
