Two persons who were listed as wanted by the St. James police reportedly surrendered yesterday (Feb 3).

The constabulary communications unit says details about one of the persons have not been released.

The second person to surrender is 27 year old Kurt Stephens, also called Wanka or Shotta, a music producer of Flanker.

Stephens reportedly turned himself in to the police in the company of his attorney yesterday.

He was subsequently charged with 2 counts murder and one count of shooting with intent.

A court date is yet to be set for Stephens.
