Jamaica  and  West  Indies  captain Stafanie  Taylor  has  been  named  on the  International Cricket Council  T/20  international  team  of  the  year.

Taylor  while  being  named  captain  of  the  team  which  also  includes  another  West  Indies  player  Deandra  Dottin. has   failed  to  secure  a  place  on  the  ICC women’s one  day  international   team of the year

In the meantime Australian all- rounder Elyse Perry has won the ICC women’s cricketer of the year award.

Perry’s team-mate Beth Mooney was declared ICC’s emerging player of the year as well as T/20 international player of the year.
