The  much  anticipated Caribbean  netball  championships is  now  scheduled  for  the  Beasejour Indoor  facility  in  st  Lucia  from  October  9  to  15.

Caribbean  powerhouse  Jamaica  heads  the  five  teams  down  to  compete  in the  double round  robin  tournament……….Trinidad  and  Tobago, st  Vincent  and  the  Grenadines, Dominica and  host  st  Lucia  are  the  teams  who will  be in action  at  the  event.

The tournament gurantees ranking points however, matches involving Dominica will not qualify for that status as Dominica is not an Associate member of the Federation.

The International Netball Federation will ensure that all the ranked matches will be assigned their appointed umpires.

Meanwhile  on October  8  the  Caribbean Netball  Association  in collaboration with the  INF will be conducting an umpiring seminar at the players Pavillion at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground………………….following this seminar there will be a meet and greet involving all the participating teams.
