Bob Marley’s grandson Skip Marley has been paired with rapper French Montana by Grammy-winning multi-platinum producer Swizz Beatz to provide the soundtrack for a new Epix original TV series.

Seeking a global sound for the soundtrack of the series, ‘Godfather of Harlem,’ Swizz Beatz, the shows executive music producer, joined the forces of Skip Marley and French Montana on the track called ‘Call Me Human.’

Godfather of Harlem, a crime drama series, tells the story of a crime lord’s relationship with Malcolm X in the 1960s. The series is in its first season which premiered at the end of September with 10 weekly episodes expected to run until December on Epix tv.

Epix is a subscription-based American premium cable and satellite television network.
