A man and a teenage boy are dead following a shooting incident in Liliput St James on Saturday evening.

Dead are 34-year-old Leroy Service otherwise called ‘Bredda’ or ‘Magic’, a farmer of Bobman Hill,

And 17-year-old Rashid Stewart of New England both of the area.

Reports are that about 8:56 p.m., Service and Rashid were under a shed near a bar among a group of people, when they were pounced upon by two gunmen who opened fire hitting them.

The police were alerted and they were taken to hospital where Service and Rashid were pronounced dead.

The other persons escaped unhurt.
