Ten people have been hospitalised after a bus overturned along the St. Margaret’s Bay main road in Portland, this afternoon (May 10).

According to police reports, about 2:30 p.m, a Toyota Hiace mini bus was travelling eastwards from Buff Bay to Port Antonio, when upon reaching a section of the St. Margaret’s Bay main road, the driver lost control of the bus.

It reportedly hit an embankment, overturned and landed into a ditch.

The ten people were taken to the Port Antonio hospital.
