The attorney representing alleged gang leader Tesha Miller says he will be seeking his clients release from police custody.

Bert Samuels says Miller has been detained by police since yesterday (Apl 4).

Miller was deported from the Bahamas yesterday, after he was held by authorities in that country for illegal entry.

The alleged leader of the Spanish Town based Clansman Gang, fled Jamaica sometime last year, while police listed him as a person of interest, as they wanted to question him about gang related criminal activity in Spanish Town.

Samuels says no warrant has been issued for Miller’s arrest, and as such, Miller should have been processed and released, as would have been the case for any other deportee.
