Former Dancehall Queen Carlene is mourning the sudden death of her mother Ivy Isaacs.

The original Dancehall Queen confirmed the news via a post on her Instagram page.

Carlene in an Instagram post said “This is the saddest day of my life. The pain I am feeling right now is inexplicable. Mommy, we will be together again, and I know that you are in heaven watching over me. I love you!”

Music News understands that Ms. Isaacs who became ill two weeks ago, died last Friday in Queens New York.

She was 85 years old.
