Detectives assigned to the Kingston Eastern Criminal Investigation Branch yesterday (Jul 31) arrested and charged another man for the 2016 murder of Woman Corporal Judith Williams.

Charged is 34-year-old Rohan Smith otherwise called ‘Bull Dawg’, a vendor of phase 2 Seaview Gardens, Kingston 11.

He is charged with murder, conspiracy to murder and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.

Woman Corporal Williams was shot several times by armed men at a bus stop on brae street in Dunkirk, as she made her way to work, on April 28.

She succumbed to her wounds the following day.

Smith and his co-accused Constable Gladstone Williams and Jessie Anderson are scheduled to appear before the Home Circuit Court on Tuesday, October 2.
