Thousands of Jamaicans are experiencing disruptions in their water supply, as workers at the National Water Commission (NWC) have taken industrial action islandwide.

The workers are demanding better compensation from the Government.

President of the NWC, Mark Barnett says management is working to restore supply to its customers.

Meantime, Mr. Barnett says negotiations through the Ministries of Labour and Finance are being conducted to address the concerns of the staff.
