Former champions Tivoli FC secured their first victory of the season after clipping Harbor View one nil last night, in the Monday night fixture of the Red Stripe National Premier Football League.

Tivoli’s goal came in the 88th minute when second half substitute Junior McGregor fired in a ferocious shot from a free kick just outside the 18 yard box .

The win carried Tivoli to four points and out of the relegation zone in eight place, while the stars of the East Harbor view remains fifth on five points.

The table is being led by last season’s beaten finalist Portmore United on 10 points, followed by UWI in second spot on 10 points with an inferior goal difference and the defending champions Arnett Gardens in third spot on 8 .
