A number of the region’s top youth swimmers were on hand, via zoom video conference, to participate in the latest staging of the Carifta virtual workout session .

The zoom video sessions, which is the brainchild of noted physiotherapist Dr. Dialo-Rudolph Brown, evolved from Coach Rory Alvaranga’s programme of land strengthening exercises for members of the Kaizen Swim Club in Kingston.

Its primary aim is to make up for the lack of training brought about by the restrictions imposed by respective governments during the coronavirus pandemic.
