The Transport Operators Development Sustainable Services (TODSS) has joined the call for the Government to revisit the fuel tax.

The cost of fuel has risen significantly.

Several stakeholders, including the Jamaica Gasoline Retailers Association (JGRA), have also urged the Government to look at the price mechanism and the tax component of the ex-refinery price.

Speaking with IRIE FM news President of TODSS, Egeton Newman said the tax is putting a financial burden on transport operators.
