A bike crash in Discovery Bay, St. Ann, on Thursday (August 4), claimed the life of a Trelawny man.

Dead is 28–year–old Jeffery Broadie of Stewarts Castle, in Duncans.

Reports are that about 9 p-m, Broadie was driving a motor cycle along the Discovery Bay main road, when upon reaching a section of the roadway the bike collided into a Toyota Hiace motor truck.

Broadie was taken to hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.
