A 14-year-old boy and his 19-year-old brother have been charged for the stabbing of a male Cumberland High School student, in St. Catherine, last Thursday.

The identity of the 14-year-old accused is being withheld as he is a minor, however, his brother has been identified as Oshane Forbes.

They have been charged with wounding with intent, assault occasioning grievous bodily harm, assault occasioning bodily harm and conspiracy, after turning themselves in to the police on June 16.

The police are still seeking other suspects involved in the incident, which resulted in the wounded student being hospitalized.
