Two men were shot and killed in separate incidents in Manchester, this morning (March 13).
Dead are 34–year-old Arlando Tummings, a vendor of Salmon District, and 50 year-old Oneil Francis, of Greenvale District, both in the parish.
Francis was killed in the latest incident at about 1:30am, when residents reportedly heard explosions.
His body was later discovered in bushes along the Winston Jones Highway, about 7:00 a.m.
It had gunshot wounds.
Meantime, Tummings was killed in Salmon District at about 12:02 am.
Reports are that Tummings was standing along the roadway in his community, when he was pounced upon by gunmen, who shot him several times.
He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
