The Foreign Affairs Ministry says four Jamaican students remain in Ukraine.

24 others successfully made it to Poland last night (February 27).

In a statement, the Ministry noted that a student who made contact with the Government late last night has proceeded to the Romanian border.

The Ministry said two students are in another part of Ukraine, believed to be more secure, while the fourth is still in Kharkiv.

The Ministry stated that it is in touch with the relatives and students to ascertain their level of safety and to provide support where needed.
