A 37-year-old American man was arrested and charged with illegal possession of ammunition following an incident at the Sangster International Airport yesterday (Apr. 16).

Charged is St. Lowrie Williams of Ohio, Missouri, in the United States.

Reports are that at about 1:08 PM, Williams was in the process of boarding a flight home when his luggage was searched at a security checkpoint.

During the search, one 9MM round of ammunition was found in the pocket of a knapsack.

Williams was arrested and charged. His court date is being finalized.
