Viv Richards slams West Indies

by June 20th, 2019

A day before their game against new Zealand in the ICC Cricket World Cup in England, West Indies batting legend Viv Richards has slammed the west indies team saying they are too one dimensional in their approach.

In five matches played so far in the World Cup the West Indies have won just one match and that was against Pakistan ……………and sir Vivian thinks, in a world Cup,…..a team should prepare different plans for different teams to be successful.

Meanwhile the last time both New Zealand and the West Indies met at the World Cup in 2015, New Zealand won the contest by 143 runs.

The Caribbean men lies seventh on the table on 3 points, with just 1 win in five games, and must win their remaining four games starting on the weekend against the kiwis who sits second on the standings.

Captain Jason holder knows that only a win against New Zealand tomorrow can suffice.

Following their match up against New Zealand, the Caribbean men will then face India, Sri-Lanka, and Afghanistan in their remaining games.
