Waterhouse entertains Cavalier in the Monday night featured RSPL game

Match day 20 in the Red Stripe Premier League comes to an end tonight when the resurgent Waterhouse entertains Cavalier in the Monday night featured game at the Drewsland Mini Stadium.

The game is set to kick off at 8:35 pm.

Yesterday the record 19 game unbeaten streak of defending champions Arnett Gardens was snapped by Portmore United who thrashed them 5-1 at the Spanish Town Prison Oval.

Sanique burton led the way for Portmore with a double strike , in the second and 52nd minute respectively, while the other goals came through Ricardo Morris in the 43rd minute , O’Neil bigga’ Thompson who scored an own goal in minute 23, and Jevan East  who got on the scoresheet three minutes from time.

Fabian Reid scored the consolation for Arnett gardens in the 56th minute.

Tivoli Gardens maintained their good form after stopping Harbour 2- nil at the Edward Seaga Sports Complex.

Andre Moulton opened the scoring for Tivoli with a 4th minute strike, and the western Kingston team doubled the lead in the 6oth minute, when Ryan wellington turned the ball into his own net.

Tivoli ended the game with ten men after Sean Coleman was given marching orders in the 75th minute.

Boys Town and humble lions shared the points in their one all draw at the Barbican Sports Complex. Steven Williams put the Lions in front after 22 minutes, but Bebeto McDonald ensured that boys town did not come away empty handed after netting the equalizer in time added on.

Former champions Montego Bay United continues to struggle after being held to a goal less draw by new comers Sandals South Coast at the Steths playfield.

It was also a nil all scoreline in the game between Reno and UWI at Frome.
