Cricket West Indies (CWI) and the England and wales cricket board (ECB) have agreed to cancel the planned West Indies under-19 tour of England scheduled for August and September this year due to scheduling clashes.

The West Indies under-19 team will be unavailable to tour England during the proposed window.

The scheduled programme had included one Twenty20, three one-day internationals and two youth tests against England under-19s, which was set to run between august 16 and September 3, 2020.

As the current environment makes it impractical to plan to those alternative opposition, the decision has had to be taken not to run a competitive England under-19 program this summer.
