A 39-year-old St. James woman who is wanted in the United States was arrested during an operation in the parish today (July 21).

She is Iyana Reynolds of Tortuga Crescent in Greenwood.

Reynolds is wanted in the US for murder and other serious offences.

Reports are that between 4:00 A.M. and 5:30 A.M., lawmen from the St. James Police Division along with members of the Jamaica Defence Force and the Jamaica Fugitive Apprehension Team conducted an operation in the community.

During the operation, a premises was searched and Reynolds was arrested pending further investigations.
