by September 25th, 2018

Jamaican entertainer Dalton Harris has advanced to the next round of the UK talent competition, X Factor.

Last week, Dalton Harris auditioned for the British reality television music competition with a rendition of Elton John’s classic, “Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word.” The tear-jerking performance landed him a standing ovation and a resounding “Yes” from the four judges.

The X Factor auditions came to an ended on Sunday (September 23), with the Six Chair Challenge awaiting the singers next week. This means that the judges had to send half of the contestant onto the grouping stage, while the other half went home.

X Factor is a British reality television music competition to find new singing talent. The contestants are aspiring singers drawn from public auditions. Created by Simon Cowell, the show began in 2004 and has since aired annually from August or September until December.

Jamaica’s Dalton Harris who won the Digicel Rising Stars competition in 2010, is managed by popular Penthouse Records producer, Donovan Germain.
